I know there’s a small subsection of our readers out there who have been wondering “so what about the cheese?” I have been lax about posting, but Jim has not been lax about producing. In fact, his nine year old son, Julian has expressed fear that “soon the house will be filled with cheese.” Jim actually sent in a very nice photo essay on the production process, but I’ve yet to master slide shows.
